OMA's New York office is looking for a Design Leader with excellent conceptual design abilities. You will be responsible for developing design concepts and coordinating production in collaboration with a team of Junior Architects and Interns. You must be able to effectively communicate ideas and create design presentations and you will work closely with the Project Architect and Partner-in-charge.

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Architecture
- 5 years+ of professional experience with projects of high quality

- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills

- Strong graphic and design talent
- Strong rendering skills and familiarity with Rhino
- Excellent craft and model-making skills

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Hands-on approach and highly motivated
- Self-disciplined and confident in a complex international environment
- Deep understanding of OMA's work
