For several projects in the design development and construction documentation phase, OMA's Rotterdam office is looking for Senior Architects with conceptual design talent and extensive building experience. Senior Architects will work closely with and report directly to the Project Leader or Associate of the current project and ultimately to the Partner in charge.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Architecture
- 8 years+ of proven experience in all phases of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision
- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills (experience with Revit is an asset)
- Highly developed skills in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, building design technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration
- Superb conceptual, graphic and design talent
- Fluent in English (Dutch, French, Russian or Arabic is considered an asset)
- Hands-on approach
- Self-disciplined and confident in a complex international environment
- Understanding of OMA's work and the capability to execute its design intentions through the various stages to completion
